Your complete satisfaction is our goal. The following are helpful suggestions to ensure that you enjoy your visit.

CONCERNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, please contact the Client Coordinator  immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Again, your satisfaction is our priority.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This allows LA BEAUTE enough time to fill appointments.

  • Late cancellations or No-Shows will be charged $50.

  • As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee.

  • We understand the challenges everyone is facing during this pandemic. If you need to cancel your appointment because of a possible Covid-19 exposure, we will be happy to waive the cancelation fee with proof of test.

  • We ask that appointments be held with a credit card. Your card is not billed prior to your appointment outside of the aforementioned reasons. 

  • When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

ALL SERVICES ARE NONREFUNDABLE

Services are non refundable.

UNUSED PACKAGES OR GIFTCARDS

All services, special discounted packages, gift cards, e gift certificates are non returnable non refundable.

Products and goods purchased through LA BEAUTE IS NON EXCHANGABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE.
